Cathy Tomlinson is a 23-year resident of Towne Lake and a realtor for 22+ years. Her daughter Melissa still lives and works in the area with her husband Mason and their son Baker and daughter June. Her son Brice also lives and works in the Atlanta area.

Donna Charitat is a 20-year resident of Cherokee County and a realtor in Atlanta for nine years. She became a licensed realtor in 2005. Prior to going into real estate, she was a registered nurse, which she believes gave her the great skills of having attention to detail, being a good listener and the ability to be an advocate for her clients.
